Gordon Jones, President Gordon founded the company that would later become Seaside Vacations in 1990 and continues to serve as president. He holds a degree from the University of Virginia and has worked in the vacation rental industry for 22 years. A Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), Gordon is also a Certified Residential Broker (CRB) and a New Homes Specialist (NHS). An acknowledged expert in the fields of real estate and property management, Gordon’s commentary has been featured in The Wall Street Journal. A regular columnist for The North Beach Sun, his column, “Property Manager’s Notebook,” is recognized as a resource for homeowners, prospective homeowners and property managers throughout the vacation rental industry. An active member of the Vacation Rental Managers Association (VRMA), he is frequently asked to speak at national seminars. He is past president of the North Carolina Vacation Rental Managers Association (NCVRMA), past board member of the Outer Banks Association of REALTORS® and a founding board member of the Outer Banks Community Development Committee, an organization that develops affordable housing and provides housing and asset building services to residents of northeastern North Carolina. Gordon is president of Coldwell Banker Seaside Realty, a sister company to Seaside Vacations. He enjoys flying, diving, hiking, fishing, boating, biking, surfing and kayaking. |

Adam Norko, Director of Marketing Adam was born in Syracuse, NY, and spent the majority of his childhood and early adult life in Boston, MA. Adam spent six years in the Marine Corps and graduated from the University of Massachusetts with honors. Adam has worked in a variety of fields from sales to fitness, but the majority of his professional experience has been spent in real estate entrepreneurial endeavors. Adam owned and operated a real estate investment firm in Boston, MA and Charlotte NC, and played an integral role in starting a real estate investment group in Richmond, VA. As an entrepreneur, Adam is experienced in all aspects of small business, and has gained proficiencies in online marketing and writing. Adam joined the Seaside Vacations team in May 2008 when he relocated to the Outer Banks from Charlotte, NC. Kristen Constantineau, Creative Director A Virginia native, Kristen graduated from the University of Virginia in 2000 and subsequently moved to the Outer Banks where she worked as the Marketing Director with ResortQuest Outer Banks. She joined the Seaside Vacations team in 2009, as the Executive Assistant to Gordon Jones and was later promoted to Creative Director. Since joining Seaside, Kristen has written and designed print and website advertising, direct mail campaigns and a variety of other marketing materials. Kristen is also responsible for the vision, creation and direction of the Seaside Vacations Outer Banks Vacation Guide. Kristen lives in Grandy with her husband Rob, her son Luke, her daughter Anna, and two dogs, Dixie and Duke. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Bob joined the Seaside Vacations team in 2011. He leads the Finance Department and is also the Human Resources Coordinator. Bob brings 30 years of financial management experience in a variety of business settings and fully appreciates the vacation rental industry since he is an owner of vacation rental property here on the Outer Banks. Originally from California, Bob moved to the east coast and graduated from Syracuse University. Like so many of the residents here on the Outer Banks Bob enjoys everything outdoors and can be found on Hatteras Island when time off affords the opportunity to kite, surf or paddle. Jennifer Daniels, Staff Accountant Born and raised on the Outer Banks, Jennifer started in the vacation rental industry with Outer Banks Vacation Realty in December 2000, that later merged with Seaside Vacations in December 2004. She started as a Vacation Specialist and has been a part of the Finance team since 2005. Jennifer is currently working toward obtaining her N.C. Real Estate License. Jennifer lives in Wanchese with her fiancé and two daughters. They love the beach, boat rides, and family time at a nearby sand island in the summer. Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Jac.E moved to the Outer Banks in 1997 with her husband Bob. She began her career in the vacation rental industry in May 2002 as a vacation specialist but quickly moved into the Finance Department a few months later. Jac.E joined the Seaside Vacations finance team in September 2009 and brought with her over six years experience in rental trust accounting. Colleen Almoney, Director of Owner & Guest Services Colleen brings to Seaside Vacations nearly twelve years of call center management experience which includes customer service, inbound and outbound telemarketing, training and employee development. Prior to joining Seaside Vacations, Colleen gained valuable sales experience and knowledge of the real estate market while at Home Tour of the Outer Banks. Her active involvement in the Outer Banks Association of REALTORS, the Outer Banks Home Builders Association, and the Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce make her a valued member of the community. In her spare time she collects donations for the Beach Food Pantry, and is a team captain for the Outer Banks Relay for Life. Gloria has more than 14 years of experience in the vacation rental industry. She started out as a reservationist and quickly worked her way up in the field. Gloria joined the Seaside Vacations team in 2007. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has first-hand knowledge of all aspects of the vacation rental industry. She enjoys building relationships with homeowners and maximizing rentals. Gloria grew up an “Army Brat” and called many locations throughout the U.S. and abroad home. Attending over thirteen schools in twelve years, including a stint in German school in Illesheim, Germany her family eventually settled in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. In 1998 she and her daughter, Casey, moved to the Outer Banks. Gloria enjoys spending time at the beach with her two dogs, Merlin and Lili and visiting her daughter at NC State. Brennan Jones, Property Manager Brennan has an extensive history with Seaside Vacations that ranges through all aspects of the company over a ten year period. Brennan began his career with Seaside Vacations in his teens starting in the Maintenance Department, and working his way through the Housekeeping, and Pool and Spa Departments before attending East Carolina University. Upon graduation from ECU in 2008, Brennan successfully completed all of the requirements to earn his NC Broker’s License and returned to Seaside Vacations with a position in the Marketing Department. During his time with the marketing team, Brennan helped increase the online traffic substantially. After Marketing, Brennan moved his area of responsibility to the property management team, putting his broker license to good use. Brittany Grant, Assistant Property Manager Originally from Charlotte NC, Brittany moved to the Outer Banks in 2010. A recent graduate of East Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Brittany brings her education and five years of real estate industry experience to the Property Management team. Currently an Assistant Property Manager, she is working towards obtaining her NC Real Estate License and looks forward to being more involved with homeowners and guests in the upcoming year. Nancy Fether, Vacation Specialist Originally from Carrolltown, Pennsylvania, Nancy moved to the Outer Banks in 2000 with her husband, Jamie, and her daughter, Lauren. Before moving to the Outer Banks, she worked as a Nursing Assistant and helped care for 800 residents. After 16 years in the health care industry, and a love of working with people, she became a Vacation Specialist. Nancy joined the Seaside Vacations Reservation team in August 2004, and has enjoyed watching the company grow. Nancy lives in Jarvisburg, NC, with her husband, daughter, grandson, and three dogs. Joshua Ferguson, Vacation Specialist Originally a Charlotte native, Josh moved to the Outer Banks in 2007 and started learning the depths of the vacation industry at one of the timeshare resorts in Duck before joining the Seaside Vacations Reservations team in 2011. An avid cyclist, Josh enjoys spending time at the beach and Nags Head Woods with his friends and his dog, Coby. He plans on moving forward in the real estate business by obtaining his broker’s license and continuing his education in Psychology that he started at Appalachian State University. Holly Henry-West, Vacation Specialist Holly moved to the Outer Banks in 1982 after college to start a business, and although she has seen the Outer Banks change through the years, she still get goose bumps when she crosses the bridge to come back home to the OBX. She has owned several retail businesses over the years and holds her Broker's License at Seaside Vacations' sister company Coldwell Banker Seaside Realty. Holly’s passion is people and sharing the Outer Banks experience with others. Being a Vacation Specialist is a perfect fit that allows our guests to see the Outer Banks through her eyes. Melinda Harris, Vacation Specialist A North Carolina native, born in Lumberton, NC, Melinda moved to the Outer Banks in 1997 after vacationing here for years. She thought that the vacation rental business was her calling. Seaside Vacations has been fortunate to have her on our team for several years as a seasoned Vacation Specialist sharing the OBX experience with others. Melissa Dye, Vacation Specialist Originally from West Virginia, Melissa moved to the Outer Banks in 2008 after visiting and falling in love with the area. Melissa has worked in the customer service/hospitality industry for seven yearsand honed her skills while assisting guests in hotels and multiple property management companies. She knows that passion is the key to giving guests a memorable experience and making them want to return. Melissa earned her BA degree in Psychology from Marshall University in Huntington, WV. She is currently pursuing her AS degree in Hospitality Management and is working toward obtaining her N.C. Real Estate License. Deborah DelMastro, Vacation Specialist Deborah brings 20 years of customer service experience to the Vacation Specialists team. While working in the telecommunications industry, she learned the art of outbound telemarketing, dispatching, handling customer service calls, training new hires, and two years of installation.She has worked as the Housekeeping/Inspections Manger for another vacation rental company here on the Outer Banks, and as so her experience is varied and extensive. Barbara Olds, Vacation Specialist As a Norfolk, VA native, Barbara frequently spent her summers on the Outer Banks enjoying water sports and fishing. Greg Sherman, Director of Property Services Greg thrives on creation and development of personal relationships with homeowners in order to provide peace of mind - knowing their investment property is well maintained, clean, safe, and secure. Greg has lived on the Outer Banks for more than 30 years and knows firsthand the environmental and rental demands placed on the homes here. It is Greg’s mission to provide personalized service, so Seaside Vacations homeowners will feel comfortable and confident about the services rendered to their property. Greg is an avid surfer whose love and respect of the ocean was developed and encouraged by his father who taught him to surf as a young boy. He is the Team Manager for the Corolla Surf Shop surf team. Greg also enjoys snow skiing in which he is a certified PSIA ski instructor. Other interests include, fishing, basketball, and golf. Sarah Whitley, Housekeeping Manager Sarah has lived on the Outer Banks for 22 years. She has been with Seaside Vacations for five years - starting as an inspector and then promoted to Lead Inspector. Sarah then became the Inspections Coordinator and was responsible for scheduling and training all inspectors. Soon after, she became the Housekeeping Manager. Fay Beasley, Housekeeping Field Supervisor Fay is an Outer Banks native who, prior to joining the Seaside team, spent five years in St. Cloud, FL cleaning and inspecting vacation villas at the Disney World resort. She also has experience as a certified medical assistant and owned an ice cream shop on the Outer Banks for 12 years. Fay is an integral part of the housekeeping team and is responsible for ensuring that Seaside Vacations guests get settled and comfortable in their rental home. Gwen Parker, Maintenance Manager A licensed NC Real Estate Broker, Gwen has worked in the vacation rental management industry for seven years as a Maintenance Coordinator, Reservationist, and Property Manager. She enjoys working closely with Seaside Vacations homeowners and guests and has a good relationship with many of the local outside vendors on the Outer Banks. Mark has a very well-rounded background in customer service and is very familiar with the nature of this business. His experience includes marine construction, management of a 27-room Outer Banks motel, and the ownership and operation of his own maintenance company. Tracy Hasley, Inspections Coordinator Tracy brings more than 25 years in property management to Seaside Vacations. She has worked in all areas of property management, from maintenance and marketing to HUD and student housing. In addition to her property management experience, Tracy was also an officer for the Harrisonburg Police Department. Tracy lives in Jarvisburg with her husband Michael. She has a son and a daughter plus two granddaughters. She loves football, fishing, and cooking and just about everything the Outer banks has to offer. |

Brandon Waterfield, Property Services Coordinator Brandon was born and raised on the Outer Banks of North Carolina and graduated from Cape Hatteras High School in 2002. After traveling and exploring life in Australia from 2003 to 2004, Brandon returned home to the OBX and began working in the vacation rental industry as a reservationist for a locally-owned business in Buxton, NC. In June, 2010, Brandon joined the Seaside Vacations family as Property Services Coordinator. Gary Martie, Maintenance Technician Prior to relocating to the Outer Banks six years ago, Gary spent his career in public education. In addition to teaching, he owndr a small home maintenance and painting business, coached basketball, and was active in the Kent Presbyterian Church and Habitat for Humanity. Currently he is an active member of the Outer Banks Presbyterian Church and enjoys bicycling, fishing, and engaging in conversations about religion and politics. Bill Boston, Maintenance Technician Bill moved to the Outer Banks in 1987 from New Jersey. He was drawn to the area for the surfing and fishing. Bill was in the boat building industry, and has been in all phases of construction and home maintenance for the past 24 years. He prides himself in his diligent customer service and strives to make the guest experience as happy as possible. Bill thinks their vacation should start the minute they arrive. Bill is married and enjoys spending time with his wife, children and pets. He loves to travel every opportunity he gets. |

Sammy Fadel, Maintenance Technician Sammy has worked in property management as a maintenance technician for 7 years. His strength as a maintenance technician is his dedication to customer service and his reliability to complete tasks in a reasonable manner. Sammy worked as a computer operations manager for a national bank for 21 years and found that he was too young to retire and wanted to try some other venues. He also worked in multiple aspects of construction for years. In his spare time Sammy likes to read and spend time with his family, especially his grandson. |
