The longest running visual art exhibition in Dare County, cash awards will be presented to top show pieces. The production will be staged at the College of the Albemarle Roanoke Island auditorium under the direction of Charles H. Massey. Based on the novel Oliver Twist by Charles Dickens, the musical follows the life of the orphaned Oliver.
