First up...a dose of healthy recipes for you! After all the holiday indulging, I know I am looking forward to some healthier eating. Now, before you start groaning, healthy eating does not have to mean a life of eating tasteless food. In fact, if you are setting a goal to eat healthy in 2014, we've rounded up 20 healthy recipes to help you get started -- sure to satisfy your taste buds, yet still help you shed some of those extra holiday pounds.
Kale and Banana Smoothie
If you haven't heard yet, kale is extremely good for you. Not only is it high in fiber and low in calories, but it also helps to prevent cancer and heart disease. And since adding a little green to your diet is always a good thing, Well, this ‘green’ smoothie will help with not only your veggie servings but one serving of fruit as well.
Spaghetti Squash with Creme Fraiche Peas and Corn

I have to admit, I use ground turkey whenever I can. It's healthier than red meat and tastes just as good! With other nutritious ingredients like onions and carrots, this meal is delicious and satisfying -- especially when the meatballs are coated in sweet and sour sauce (which also contains healthy red bell pepper and pineapple).
Chocolate Chip Cookie Granola Bars
Snacktime just got a whole lot sweeter! These chewy, soft, wholesome, and healthy granola bars are so easy to make – they take less than 30 minutes!
