All of their yoga classes follow the typical structure of a centering period, moving into an asana practice and finishing with a final relaxation and meditation period. Our Pilates mat classes will challenge you and keep your core happy and healthy, and a variety of monthly workshops allow exploration into self-discovery on and off the mat.
