From the North:
Follow I-95 S to Richmond, VA. Take I-64 E toward Norfolk/Virginia Beach, Va. Take I-64 or I-664 to Chesapeake, Va. From I-64, take Exit 291B to Route 168, the Chesapeake Expressway.* Once in North Carolina, Route 168 turns into US-158 E. After crossing the Wright Memorial Bridge, continue on US-158 E for approximately 1 mile. Stay in the left lane to turn left onto NC-12.Continue on NC-12 for 13.7 miles. Turn left onto Currituck Clubhouse Drive (if you pass the Harris Teeter shopping center, you have gone too far). Seaside Vacations is on left (Suite C).

* The Chesapeake Expressway is a toll-road which costs $2.00 each way, EZPass and SmartTag accepted.

Alternate Approach from the North - From Virginia's Eastern Shore across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel (Route 13):
Follow Route 13, Northhampton Blvd., to I-64 E (to Chesapeake), take Exit 291B to Route 168, the Chesapeake Expressway* Once in North Carolina, Route 168 turns into US-158 E. After crossing the Wright Memorial Bridge, continue on US-158 E for approximately 1 mile. Stay in the left lane to turn left onto NC-12. Continue on NC-12 for 13.7 miles. Turn left onto Currituck Clubhouse Drive (if you pass the Harris Teeter shopping center, you have gone too far). Seaside Vacations is on left (Suite C).

For a Scenic Drive:
Get off I-64 at Hampton, Va. Go south on I-664 through Monitor-Merrimack Memorial Bridge-Tunnel. Take I-64 toward Norfolk/Virginia Beach; then go south on US-17 at Deep Creek, Va. to South Mills, NC. Follow NC-343 S to US-158 S to the Outer Banks. After crossing the Wright Memorial Bridge, continue on US-158 E for approximately 1 mile. Stay in the left lane to turn left onto NC-12.Continue on NC-12 for 13.7 miles. Turn left onto Currituck Clubhouse Drive (if you pass the Harris Teeter shopping center, you have gone too far). Seaside Vacations is on left (Suite C).

From the West:
Via I-95 or I-85 into North Carolina. Take US-64 E toward Rocky Mount. Follow US-64 E through Williamston and Plymouth, NC. From Plymouth, NC keep going east to Roanoke Island and the Outer Banks (follow US-64 into Manteo). Follow US-158 for approximately 20 miles. Turn right onto NC-12. Continue on NC-12 for 13.7 miles. Turn left onto Currituck Clubhouse Drive (if you pass the Harris Teeter shopping center, you have gone too far). Seaside Vacations is on left (Suite C).

From the South:
Take I-95 to Rocky Mount, NC. Take US-64 E toward Rocky Mount. Follow US-64 E through Williamston and Plymouth, NC. From Plymouth, NC keep going east to Roanoke Island and the Outer Banks (follow US-64 into Manteo). Follow US-158 for approximately 20 miles. Turn right onto NC-12.Continue on NC-12 for 13.7 miles. Turn left onto Currituck Clubhouse Drive (if you pass the Harris Teeter shopping center, you have gone too far). Seaside Vacations is on left (Suite C).

For a Scenic Drive:
Take US-17 N from South Carolina to Wilmington, NC. From US-17 N take SR 24 E until it runs into US-70 (before Morehead City, NC). Follow US-70 N from Morehead City to SR 12 and the Cedar Island Ferry. Take the toll ferry to Ocracoke Island. Then take State Route 12 north to the Hatteras Island Ferry. Turn right onto NC-12.Continue on NC-12 for 13.7 miles. Turn left onto Currituck Clubhouse Drive (if you pass the Harris Teeter shopping center, you have gone too far). Seaside Vacations is on left (Suite C).

From Norfolk International Airport:
Start out going Southwest. Turn RIGHT toward I-64/Airport Exit. Turn LEFT onto NORVIEW AVE. Merge onto I-64/HAMPTON ROADS BELT toward VA BEACH/CHESAPEAKE. Merge onto I-464 S/US-17 S/MARTIN LUTHER KING JR MEMORIAL HWY via EXIT 291B toward VA-104 S/ELIZABETH CITY/US-17 S/DOMINION BLVD/VA-168 S. Merge onto VA-168 S via the exit on the LEFT toward NAGS HEAD/MANTEO (Portions toll). VA-168 S becomes US-158 S. After crossing the Wright Memorial Bridge, continue on US-158 East for approximately 1 mile. Stay in the left lane to turn left onto NC-12. Continue on NC-12 for 13.7 miles. Turn left onto Currituck Clubhouse Drive (if you pass the Harris Teeter shopping center, you have gone too far). Seaside Vacations is on left (Suite C).

From the Eastern Shore and Points North:
Take the I-64 E ramp to Chesapeake/Suffolk- go about 10 miles. Take exit 291B to Elizabeth City (VA-104S)/Dominion Blvd (US-17 S)/(VA-168 S)- go about 0.3 miles. Merge into I-464 S. go 0.3 miles. Bear left onto the VA-168 S ramp to Nags Head/Manteo- go 14 miles. Continue on S. Battlefield Blvd. – go about 0.8miles. Continue on NC 168. 168 turn into US-158. After crossing over the Wright Memorial Bridge, continue on US-158 for approximately 2.5 miles. Our office is on the right hand side of the road, right after the Coldwell Banker Seaside Realty Office.

From the West and South:
Via I-95 from the south into North Carolina, exit on US-64 East towards Rocky Mount, NC. Use I-40 from the west to pick up US-64 in Raleigh, NC. Follow US-64 East through Williamston and Plymouth, NC all the way to the Outer Banks. After following US-64 into Manteo, head north on US-158 for about 19 miles. Our Office will be on the left at milepost 2.5, right after the Seascape Villas sign.

From the Eastern Shore and Points North:
Take the I-64 E ramp to Chesapeake/Suffolk- go about 10 miles. Take exit 291B to Elizabeth City (VA-
104S)/Dominion Blvd (US-17 S)/(VA-168 S)- go about 0.3 miles. Merge into I-464 S. go 0.3 miles
Bear left onto the VA-168 S ramp to Nags Head/Manteo- go 14 miles. Continue on S. Battlefield Blvd.
– go about 0.8miles. Continue on NC 168. 168 turn into US-158. After crossing over the Wright
Memorial Bridge, continue on US-158 for approximately two miles. Turn Left onto Eckner (approxi-
mately mile marker 1 ½). Turn Right onto Va Dare Trail (Beach Road). Saltaire is on the right (4618 N.
Va Dare Trail).

From Washington DC/Richmond VA:
Follow I-64 to Hampton, VA. Go south on 1-664 through the Monitor-Merrimac Bridge Tunnel. Take
I-64 towards Norfolk/Virginia Beach and exit at Great Bridge, VA (Exit 291-B). Go south on VA-168 to
the NC border. Once in North Carolina, VA-168 becomes US-158 East. After crossing the Wright
Memorial Bridge, continue on US-158 for approximately two miles. Turn Right onto Va Dare Trail
(Beach Road). Saltaire is on the right (4618 N. Va Dare Trail).

From the West and South:
Via I-95 from the south into North Carolina, exit on US-64 East towards Rocky Mount, NC. Use I-40
from the west to pick up US-64 in Raleigh, NC. Follow US-64 East through Williamston and Plymouth,
NC all the way to the Outer Banks. After following US-64 into Manteo, head north on US-158 for about
