2009 Vacation Photo and Video Contest

What to Enter
We are looking for that classic vacation photo or video. You know the one. The one that makes you laugh out loud. The one that reminds you of why you love the Outer Banks the way that you do. The one that truly captures the spirit of a family vacation on the beautiful Outer Banks...your “home away from home.”

What You Win
The Grand Prize Winner will receive:*
• Complimentary 3-night stay in 2010
• Winning photo or video published on the Seaside Vacations website

Three (3) Second Place Winners will receive:
• Winning photo or video published on the Seaside Vacations website

How to Enter
• You may submit as many photos or videos as you would like.
• Photo(s) and video(s) may include people, but a signed model release for each person apperaing must accompany the photo(s) or video(s), along with photographer’s photo release, using the forms available.
• Photo(s) must be high-resolution digital color photo(s) at a minimum of 1800 x 1200 pixels in size and in jpeg format. Video(s) must be submitted in .wav format.
• Photos and videos must be received by Seaside Vacations by 5:00 p.m. EST on October 30, 2009.
• Photos must be submitted on a CD disk with a hard paper copy of each photo attached and the completed and signed release(s). Videos must be submitted on a DVD disk with completed and signed releases. Please complete forms for each photo submitted. Submissions, including all photo(s) and/or CD disks, will not be returned to the entrant and become the sole and exclusive property of Seaside Vacations.
• Please tape to the back of each photo or video disk: Title of entry; Entrant’s name; Entrant’s Address, City, State, Zip code, Country; Entrant’s phone number and e-mail address.
• Submit photo(s) and video(s) to Seaside Vacations, Marketing Department, P.O. Box 3339, Kitty Hawk, NC 27949. Attn: VACATION PHOTO CONTEST.
• Winners will be notified on or before November 15, 2009.
