This wonderful home also features commanding ocean views, a fenced in private pool (approx. 12x21 and heated for a fee) area with landscaping, cabana and observation deck. Guests of this home, young and old alike, will enjoy a spacious, beautifully decorated recreation room with pool table. The hot tub provides you with an opportunity for restful soaking beneath the stars. This sophisticated Oceanfront vacation home was built in 2003, and has it all: beautiful decor, gorgeous hardwood and tile flooring, and is the perfect choice for your next vacation!
First Floor: Recreation room with pool table and plenty of room to relax and entertain. The recreation room also features a TV/VCR/Stereo and a wet bar with a refrigerator with ice maker. There are two bedrooms on the first level, both with a Bunk Bed (and trundles) and TV/VCR combination. A full bathroom with a shower is located in the hallway, along with the Washer/Dryer.
Second Floor: 2 Queen Master Bedrooms with TV/VCR, 1 King Master with TV, 1 King Master with TV/VCR.
Third Floor: Half bathroom; King Master Bedroom with TV/VCR; Kitchen with 2 Stoves, 2 Dishwashers, and Refrigerator with Ice Maker. The dining room table seats 10 and there are 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter. The Living Room features a beautiful mural painting and panoramic ocean views. There is a large flat screen TV, Stereo, DVD/VCR/CD Player, and Gas Fireplace (off-season only).
