The upper level of this home is a perfect area for everyone to gather and utilize the access to an expansive deck. There is a screened porch that holds a large picnic table where you can enjoy an outside meal, or maybe pick crabs! This floor also features a great room with TV, Stereo, fireplace, powder room, a large dining table, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The upper king-master bedroom with private bath and ocean view is also on this floor.
The mid-level has a large wrap-around deck that leads to the hot tub and steps that lead down to the pool area. On the mid-level is an additional king-master bedroom with private bath, ocean view and private access to the deck. Mid-level also includes three additional bedrooms all with private access to the outside deck - one king bedroom, two queen bedrooms and 1 bedroom w/2 twins and crib. The separate den on this floor is available for those who want to watch TV, a movie, or play a game on the Sony Play Station. If you prefer different shows - don't worry, there are TVs galore.
The first level provides direct access to the outside pool area, grill, and outside showers. Also on this floor is a game
