Property Description"Soundridge" is a beautifully decorated 2-bedroom condo with the Roanoke Sound out your front door and the Jockey's Ridge state park sand dunes out your back door. Breathtaking sunsets can be enjoyed from the community pier and soundfront gazebo. The community is perfect for families with children! The 2 community pools, tennis courts, boat launch, play ground, and club house are sure to keep the entire family entertained when you get back from a day at the beach.
Walk out your back door and you will be standing on the largest sand dunes on the East coast. Your back patio is the perfect place for cooking your family hot dogs and hamburgers on the charcoal grill. Located at approximately the 11 mile marker in Nags Head, you will find yourself just a short drive to great restaurants, public beach access, miniature golf, and the fishing pier.
The first floor of "Soundridge" features the Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, Dining Area, Living Area, and Half Bathroom.
The second floor features a Queen Bedroom with a balcony off the back, Full Hall Bathroom, and Bedroom with 2 Twins.
