Nestled in the prestigious Currituck Club, Bermuda Banks features views of the Currituck Sound and the surrounding scenic maritime forest, including a picturesque wooden bridge. The Southwest sun exposure bathes the house in sunlight throughout the day, and as the sun sets in the West, the views of the Sound from one of Bermuda Banks' decks give you a chance to close out your day with a front row seat to a gorgeous sunset along the water. A great ending to a wonderful day.
A short chip shot from Bermuda Banks' front door is the Currituck Club's phenomenal par 72 golf course, which offers the golf enthusiast the opportunity to play one of Golf Magazine's "Top 10 You Can Play." All guests of Bermuda Banks receive discounted Member Guest fees.
In addition to its premier sound side location, Bermuda Banks offers easy access to the beach and Atlantic Ocean. A free trolley system runs throughout the community and to the beach (the trolley stops just outside the house), and a personal beach valet service means you'll have help carrying your beach gear. There is also ample public parking moments from the home for easy beach access. Guests of Bermuda Banks also have access to the great amenities of The Currituck Club. The Currituck Club's in clubhouse and sports & fitness centers are just a short walk / bike away from Bermuda Banks.
The newly renovated 14' x 24' environmentally safe, chemical-free swimming pool for 2009 is open thru November 1 and can be heated for a fee. The hot tub seats four to five people.

Mid Level: 3 Bedrooms each with private full bathrooms, each with double set of sinks and private TV's w/DVD; den with Surround Sound Home Theater system, PS2 and Desk area with internet access via Lan line or wireless WiFi; massive decking with multiple hideaways for lounging and over looking the sunsets and pool area with plenty of reclining chairs.
Upper Level: Master Bedroom w/Jacuzzi and massive walk-in shower; large and accessible kitchen area with four bar stools; very large 10 person dining room table with access to screen porch; Home Theater Surround Sound system with access to deck overlooking sound views and pool area with recliner seating, gas fireplace and spacious four person ship watch at a higher level for gaming and additional sound views.
