Property DescriptionBuilt in 2005. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Duck, this semi-ocean front has ocean views and wrap-around decks. Six bedrooms, five are master suites with deck access. Steps from the ocean. Private pool, hot tub, outside shower, and ELEVATOR. Tern Back Time offers a traditional exterior and modern interior design making it an exceptionally stylish beach house. Built to be family friendly, this house is equipped with an elevator and has a handicap accessible king master suite located on the middle level. It's toddler friendly too! Portable crib and high chair provided, as well as a permanent child gate on the top and middle level stairs. Extended rails on the top deck for child safety. The top-floor has a massive great room with 12 foot vaulted ceilings, dining table seats 14, and a huge breakfast bar. Ceiling fans throughout the house offer pleasant breezes. Kitchen equipped with a propane stove and large capacity refrigerator and freezer. There are five master suites in Tern Back Time. One master located on the top level with a king bed. Four master suites on the mid-level, 2 with king beds, with one queen bed, and one with 2 twin beds. Mid-level also includes a sitting area with a twin sleeper sofa. On the lower level there is a bedroom with 2 bunks (one with a trundle) and a full bath. A recreation room with a pool table and wet bar and a 50 pound under the counter icemaker. Full-sized laundry facility. One covered parking spot. Amenities include: large lounging area with private pool, hot tub and outside bathroom, granite countertops, bamboo flooring throughout home, custom tile-work, ceiling fans, Gas grill, multiple TVs, dishwasher, microwave, pool table, built-in ice maker, furnished decks, outside side shower w/ dressing area, elevator, wet bar w/ refrigerator & microwave, High Speed Wireless Internet connection (3 MG). Linens and towels provided.
Duck Community Information
- Lifeguard Stations are located at Sprigtail Drive, Barrier Island Station, Schooner Ridge Drive, Four Seasons Subdivision, and Plover Drive
- Dogs are allowed on Duck's beaches year-round.
- There is no public beach or sound access within the Town limits. Access to the sound and Duck's town beaches is limited to residents, renters, and their guests. Amenities
