Simplified Price Does Not Include Optional Extras:

Security Deposit Waiver Fee                                                                           $55 + tax

This non-refundable, optional fee covers up to $2,500 in unintentional damages, provided the damage is reported to our office in a timely manner. Some examples of covered damages include: a lamp that is accidentally knocked over and broken or a beverage spilled on a carpet. The guest would be covered if he/she had selected the Security Deposit Waiver Fee and reported the damages immediately.

Gross negligence and intentional acts, theft and damages caused by pet (regardless if a pet fee was collected) are not covered by the Security Deposit Waiver Fee.

Pet Fee                                                                                                            $125 + tax

Your canine companion is welcome in most of our homes. Our pet fee is $125 plus tax. Home must be designated dog-friendly. One dog (75 pound limit) per home permitted. Cats and any other animals not permitted.

Additional Linens & Towels

You’ll receive a set of linens for every bed as well as a personal towel set (bath towel, hand towel and wash towel) for every guest (a beach towel is not provided with your reservation) and a bath mat for every bathroom. A kitchen towel, kitchen cloth and two potholders are provided for use in the kitchen. You have the option of requesting additional linens and towels for a fee:

Early Check In                                                                                                 $90 + tax

This year, we are pleased to announce that check in will begin at 3:00 PM. Check in time is between 3:00 and 6:00 PM as houses are cleaned and become available. You may check in at 1:00 PM for a fee of $90 plus tax.

Please note that early check in is subject to availability. We will make every attempt to accommodate your early check-in request, but cannot guarantee it until one week prior to your arrival date. If you request early check in, and we are unable to provide this service to you, we will contact you no later than one week prior to your date of arrival.

Late Check Out                                                                                                $90 + tax

Our check-out time is 10:00 AM. You may check out at 12:00 PM for a fee of $90 plus tax.

Please note that late check out is subject to availability. We will make every attempt to accommodate your late check out request, but cannot guarantee it until one week prior to your arrival date. If you request late check out, and we are unable to provide this service to you, we will contact you no later than one week prior to your date of arrival.

Mid-Week House Cleaning                                                                             

A housekeeping professional will clean bathrooms; dust and vacuum main living area and refresh towels (towels are included in mid-week housekeeping fee; you will not be charged an additional towel fee).

This service is not available in the four-wheel drive area of Corolla and is not available for homes larger than six bedrooms.

Mid-week housecleaning is available Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday and subject to availability. We will make every attempt to accommodate your mid-week housecleaning request, but cannot guarantee it until one week prior to your arrival date. If you request mid-week housecleaning, and we are unable to provide this service to you, we will contact you no later than one week prior to your date of arrival.

Check-Out House Cleaning:

Leave the cleaning to us. A housekeeping professional clean bathrooms, dust, sweep, mop, wipe counters, clean out the refrigerator, wash the dishes, take out the trash, vacuum and take the linens off the beds.

This service is not available in the four-wheel drive area of Corolla and is not available for homes larger than six bedrooms.

* Trundle and bunk beds are not made up prior to guest’s arrival. Fresh linens are provided and left folded on bed. Crib bedding is not provided.  

** A towel set is provided for every authorized guest of Seaside Vacations. The number of authorized guests in a home is determined by the number the home can sleep (ex., a home that sleeps 10 will provide 10 personal towel sets; an 11th guest is considered an unauthorized guest and does not receive a personal towel set).
