Special Event Policy: Special Event homes are properties welcoming small weddings, receptions, family reunions, executive retreats or any other functions that will exceed the occupancy limit of the home. For Special Events guests will pay a $1,000.00 Special Event Fee and a refundable security deposit of $1,500.00.
