OFFICIAL RULES

  1. No purchase is necessary.
  2. You must be 25 years of age or older at the time of entry to be eligible for this contest. This contest is void where prohibited. 
  3. The contest runs from dates: 3/13/23-4/14/23.
  4. How to enter: Entrants may submit a photo via Seaside Vacations' digital contest engine.  Photos may be uploaded from a computer or Instagram. The photo must be original and the property of the entrant. Stock photos and photos that did not originate from the entrant are not eligible submissions. 
  5. Multiple entries accepted. 
  6. Overall Grand Prize: A free weeklong stay in your choice of these two Seaside Vacations rental homes, No Wake Zone or Gone Coastal for the week of 10/14/23 or 11/18/23. Overall Grand Prize winner will be chosen at the discretion of Seaside Vacations’ contest commissioners. All entries submitted will be considered for Overall Grand Prize. 
  7. Second Place Prize Prize: Beginner Dune Hang Gliding Lesson From Kitty Hawk Kites plus up to 10% off of a future 2023 or 2024 stay in a participating Seaside Vacations rental home. Second place winner will be chosen at the discretion of Seaside Vacations’ contest commissioners. 
  8. Third Place Prize Prize: A beach fire from Outer Banks Beach Fires plus up to 10% off of a future 2023 or 2024 stay in a participating Seaside Vacations rental home. Fire location is determined from available locations provided by Outer Banks Beach Fires. Beach fires are only legal on designated Outer Banks beaches. Third place winner will be chosen at the discretion of Seaside Vacations’ contest commissioners. 
  9. Contest Dates: The contest ends April 14, 2023. All submissions must be received by 11:59 PM 04/14/2023.
  10. Winner(s) will be notified by email. If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If Seaside Vacations cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded. 
  11. Seaside Vacations reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value. 
  12. Prize may not be exchanged for cash substitution. 
  13. Employees of Seaside Vacations, and their immediate family members are not eligible. 
  14. Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest. 
  15. Privacy Policy: Seaside Vacations is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. You can opt out of communication with Seaside Vacations at any time.
  16. Entrants further grant to Seaside Vacations and the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest. 
  17. A valid email address is required to be submitted to enter contest. Upon entering their email address entrants agree to receive weekly promotional emails from Seaside Vacations. You may opt out of these emails at any time. 
  18. Seaside Vacations reserves the right to use any and all photos related to the Contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose. 
  19. Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release Seaside Vacations, its employees, and contest partners from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize. 
  20. Seaside Vacations is not responsible for internet crashes, contest malfunctions, or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God. 
  21. All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification. 
  22. Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes.
