You’ll find plenty of parking for the whole family when you pull up to this charming cottage including a partial carport and dry entry making it easy to unload your luggage. A convenient outdoor shower allows you to rinse off the sand before going indoors and there is also plenty of space to store your beach gear, including built-in racks for watersports equipment.

A covered front porch acts as the main entry. Your family and four-legged pal will enter the foyer into a welcoming open-style floorplan featuring a comfortable living area with flat-screen TV and a cozy dining room with plenty of natural sunlight. Cooking up your favorite seafood dish is easy in the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. Down the hall, you’ll rest easy in a large Master Bedroom with a King Bed and attached Master Bathroom. A half bath and the laundry area are also conveniently located on this level. Outside, a large back deck backs up to a creek bed and lots of natural vegetation to ensure that you can sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee in quiet privacy.

Upstairs, you can choose between two additional bedrooms that are shared by a Full hall bathroom—one containing a comfortable Queen Bed and the other featuring 2 Twin Beds, the perfect space for the kids!

Quiet Community, Fun Attractions

Located in the quiet Colington Pointe community, visitors can enjoy amenities like a boat ramp, outdoor pool overlooking the sound, and a beautiful waterfront boardwalk. Sitting along the soundside, there are several spots to spend the day fishing or crabbing—an activity that is perfect for the whole family! For something more educational, head to the Wright Brothers National Monument to learn about the United States’ history of aviation and the first powered flight right here on the dunes. If you get hungry, SaltBox Café is right down the road offering locally sourced seafood dishes and for a cold drink, try the Outer Banks Brewing Station along the bypass where you can sample local craft brews. If you prefer to cook at home, Billy’s Seafood Market is just a few minutes away and offers anything you could think of—fresh off the boat! They will even steam your favorites up for you so you can bring it home to enjoy in your own rental. From local Outer Banks shopping to new watersports adventures, Aqua Therapy is just what you needed to relax, unwind, and make memories that will last a lifetime!
