Resourcefulness: Seaside Vacations is not a company that does something because we've always done it. We are always looking for ways to make our owner and guest experience as hassle-free as possible. Thinking outside of the box to get the job done is always encouraged.
Thirst For Knowledge: The Seaside Vacations management team understands that when you stop learning you stop growing. We provide multiple educational resources for our team throughout the year such as trips to national Vacation Rental Management Association conferences. We also encourage our team to come to sign up for classes and seminars that will help them grow in their role with the company.
Community: We know that it takes teamwork to build a better community. In 2013, Coldwell Banker-Seaside Realty and Seaside Vacations implemented “Seaside C.A.R.E.S.” as our official charitable giving campaign. Thanks to the help of our amazing guests, each year Seaside Vacations collects and donates hundreds of pounds of food to the local Food Pantry which results in hundreds of meals provided to the local community. In addition, Seaside Vacations adopts local families each year through the Angel Tree program to ensure a good Christmas for those in need. Donations to these programs, and others throughout the year, such as the Sounder Project, are matched by our owner Gordon Jones.
