Each year, we offer several fully furnished winter rentals in the Outer Banks that are available for three months and sometimes all the way up to nine months at a time—from Fall through Spring. Shorter stays are possible, but monthly rates advertised are for 3+ months.
Outer Banks winter rentals are ideal for anyone working remotely, new to the area, especially those who are currently navigating through the (sometimes cumbersome) task of finding a year-long rental or for those who are working with a realtor to locate the perfect Outer Banks home to purchase.
Outer Banks off season rentals are also a great way to test out true OBX living before permanently relocating. If you enjoy life on the Outer Banks during the slower paced winter months as much as you do during the vibrant summer months, then you will know that the Outer Banks truly is your happy place! *Sheets and towels are not provided for winter rentals, but can be added for a fee. Hot tubs may be an additional fee to keep open and operable.
