Details: Visit the Dare County Arts Council in Manteo through January to see a collection of watercolors by artist Mary Edwards. Recipient of numerous awards from the Water Color Society of North Carolina for her beautiful work, Edwards is known locally for her Nags Head Pier series featuring historic landmarks along the Outer Banks. Her showcase will feature the people, pets, and places she loves.
