Roanoke Island Festival Park 1 Festival Park, Manteo, United StatesThis family-friendly, LGBTQ festival is the main event on Saturday afternoon, September 14th from 11 AM to 5 PM. ALL are welcome to attend this free afternoon of concert bands, craft beers, and wines, local restaurants, vendors, and entertainers, located at the Roanoke Island Festival Park on the historic waterfront in Manteo, NC.
