The 3rd Annual Cancer Shucks Oyster Roast & Low Country Boil returns to the Outer Banks this October, bringing together friends and neighbors for an unforgettable evening in support of Outer Banks Health’s local cancer services and programs.

Guests are invited to dress in casual, fun attire and enjoy a mouthwatering spread of fresh seafood alongside live music in the beautiful setting of Pirate’s Cove Pavilion. This event is more than just a dinner—it’s a way to give back to families in our community who are facing cancer.

Sponsorship opportunities and raffle tickets are available now! This year’s raffle package is valued at $3,000 and includes incredible prizes. One lucky winner will be drawn on October 24, 2025 during the Cancer Shucks event.
The winner does not need to be present to win.
