Held in October, the annual Outer Banks Seafood Festival will take place at The Soundside Event Site in Nags Head and celebrates the history and heritage of the OBX seafood industry while embracing everything incredible about the Outer Banks.
Sponsored by the Coastal Wildlife Refuge Society, the Wings Over Water Wildlife Festival is a fundraising event for regional national wildlife refuges like the Pea Island Refuge Visitor Center. This multi-day event consists of wildlife tours, birdwatching, and more!
Night of 1587 Pumpkins is an event at The Elizabethan Gardens at which we will attempt to light 1,587 jack-o-lanterns.
The evening will consist of trick-or-treating, scream and costume contests, and of course, pumpkins!
OBX Brewtag is an outdoor celebration of flight and beer in which competitors attempt to launch empty keg barrels to see who can fly them the furthest!
