Innovative Technology

Seaside Vacations offers a revolutionary “Simplified Pricing” reservations policy just as you’d find with industry leaders such as TravelocityTM and Orbitz®. Our Simplified Pricing plan means no additional or surprising fees are added. Guests simply pay only the rental rate, a guest services fee, and taxes. Any other fees (such as Travel Insurance, Pool Heat, and Early Check-In) are optional and can be added during check-out. Non-family groups and event bookings require a security deposit.

We also stand behind our Perfect Vacation Promise to all of our guests. This includes our "Clean House Guarantee"—should guests find anything that needs our attention, we’ll be there to remedy it within two hours or we’ll give the guest $100, provided we receive the call before 7:00 PM. (Calls received after 7:00 PM will be addressed the next morning.)
