For your convenience, linens and towels are provided. We also provide an amenity starter kit so that you have the basics upon your arrival. Please keep in mind that you may need to replenish during your stay and will need to bring personal items, additional soaps, and paper products.

The starter kit includes:

  • Two rolls of toilet paper
  • A roll of paper towel 
  • A kitchen trash can liner 
  • A sponge 
  • A dishwasher detergent packet

For the kitchen:

  • Condiments
  • Spices

For the bathroom:

  • Bath soap
  • Shampoo / conditioner & other toiletries

  • Toilet paper

For your dog:

  • Towel for drying off
  • Bottles of water and a bowl for beach outings
  • Dog first aid kit
  • Pick-up bags
  • Leash
  • Floating fetch toy
  • Life jacket (if the water is rough or your dog is not an expert swimmer)
  • Sunscreen (if your dog is light skinned or has short fur—look for baby-safe, PABA-free, hypoallergenic types)

Many of our homes feature items such as DVD and book libraries, video game systems with games, baby equipment and beach gear (umbrellas, chairs and toys). Be sure to check the home’s individual web page and amenities list to find out if it provides items other than the standard amenities found in every Seaside Vacations home.
