Situated on just the 3rd lot back from the beach, this home is approx. 200 feet from the private beach access, and features pretty ocean views that showcase the best of the picturesque town of Southern Shores. Close to all the big central Outer Banks attractions, but with a locale that feels miles away, this 6-bedroom, 5 bath retreat is true vacation bliss.  

Outdoor Recreation at your Fingertips

Step outside into your backyard which doubles as a private resort, and enjoy a splash in your own 11’ x 28’ private pool. A hot tub for 5 is located nearby, as is a basketball hoop and a new volleyball court for active outdoor fun and games. With ample ways to enjoy the OBX sunshine, guests will enjoy plenty of outdoor fun, both on and off the beach. (Additional fee for pool heat in accordance with Seaside Vacations pool service dates. Please request this one week prior to your arrival)

An Elevated Interior Designed

When you need a break from a busy beach day, enjoy a nap in the quiet second level which features four peaceful bedrooms. Guests can choose from a bedroom with Queen and Bunk bed, a bedroom with Bunk bed and Twin bed, or 2 Queen Master bedrooms, which are all sweetly appointed and offer plenty of room to stretch out and relax. A cozy den is also found nearby, as well as a hall bath and laundry room for the convenience of guests.

Top Level Where the Ocean Views Shine

Head up to the top level to take advantage of those ocean views from the comfort of the spacious great room. The living area has plenty of cheerful furnishings to kick up your feet and unwind, and the nearby dining area and kitchen will be favorite destinations for the family chefs. There’s two bedrooms nearby, which include a Master with queen bed and a bedroom with 2 twins, as well as easy access to the spacious top-level sun deck and roof top crow’s nest where panoramic Southern Shores vistas are waiting.

Seventh Heaven was a wonderful home and so conveniently located to duck to shopping to restaurants. The six bedrooms accommodated our family very comfortably. The open living space on the main level was perfect for entertaining, And the views were amazing. The pool was an added bonus for our six children who swim early morning into the evening, when they werent swimming In the ocean just steps away. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the air conditioning worked well. The availability of beach chairs, bicycles, and boogie boards made for a comfortable, active and enjoyable stay. One difficulty was so many steps to navigate. We had 3 senior grandparents with us so climbing up and down all day was tough.on them. Fabulous house!!!

We have enjoyed our stay at Seventh Heaven our second season. The house has a great layout with an extensive outdoor areas for the kids from the basketball hoop to swings and volleyball field. Outstanding house with excellent value!
