Hosted by Kitty Hawk Kites, the Flying Into Spring and Easter EGGstravangza takes place at Jockey’s Ridge State Park in Nags Head. This free, family-friendly festival celebrates both Easter and National Kite Month with colorful kites soaring above the dunes.
