Our Free Maintenance Plan: What’s Included for Owners

Our free maintenance program ensures your home stays in excellent condition without surprise fees. Our Maintenance Plan is designed to service the needs of your guests during the busy season and includes labor (first hour only; additional labor will be billed in quarter-hour increments and does not include materials), costs for minor repairs, adjustments, and unskilled labor jobs all year long!

Our homeowners enjoy a free maintenance plan that includes routine services like air filter replacement, lightbulb changes, basic plumbing/electrical inspections, lawn care coordination, and minor repair management. The annual maintenance plan includes labor (not materials) for minor repairs, adjustments, and unskilled labor jobs. 

*Skilled labor, delivery and installation of large items such as refrigerators, emergency after-hours service calls, materials, and homeowner-requested work outside of immediate guest need will incur an additional fee.

 

Do you offer 24/7 emergency maintenance coverage?

Yes! We provide 24/7 emergency response services for issues that can’t wait—whether it’s a broken AC, burst pipe, or power outage. Our local team is always on call, even during holidays and weekends.

Will I be informed about repairs before they're made?
